A little gift from my friend who is visiting her mother. She lives in New York and along with a I love NY mug I got some lovely wild rice. I told her that I will give her some money so that when she goes back, she can keep sending me the stuff, it tastes good and looks great mixed with the normal white rice. You can't buy this stuff here for the love of money.

Wild rice is nice. I like to mix it in with the white stuff. Very expensive though.
I love wild rice. I decided to send my friend some money, so that she sends me a packet every few months. I still have to try the wild rice soup recipe that was printed on the packet.
