Today the Yule season begins. Tomorrow a lot of people will celebrate Christmas.
Graham and I are celebrating Yule, as we do not have one chosen religion and I lean towards paganism all the time, because in my eyes it is the root of all religions. No matter who you are, I hope you will have Blessed time, a Joyfull Yule, Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukkah, may YOUR God be with you, this special time of the year.

Did you know?
Early Christmas puddings contained beef or mutton, onions, dried fruit, wine and spices and were served as a starter. Oliver Cromwell banned their consumption on Christmas Day because the ritual of setting the pudding alight harked back to pagan celebrations of the winter solstice. By the 19th century, the pudding resembled its modern incarnation and was wholly associated with Christmas.

We are having both the Pudding and the Yule log (the cake and the real log) tomorrow!
