stupidity

For some reason, people who know very little, or nothing at all, seem to think of themselves best and then they like shouting their point across. Having spent almost two days on a bus from England to Lithuania with really stupid people I know what I am talking about. I am also calling them stupid because they came out with statements like:
Belgium dairy industry is completely under developed they can not make anything but milk and cheese. They were referring to the fact that they could not buy things like sour cream, cottage cheese, etc in Belgium. Whereas in fact their industry is so advanced that they can actually make cheese, as to make cheese it takes a lot of skill and the process starts at mill then goes to sour milk from sour milk it goes (at some stage) to cottage cheese which finally can be turned into what we know as normal cheese. So you see what I meant, stupid.
Then there were the screams about cannabis being legal in Netherlands.

The possession/purchase of Cannabis is tolerated in small amounts.

Cannabis remains a controlled substance in the Netherlands and both possession and production for personal use are still misdemeanors, punishable by fine. Coffee shops are also technically illegal according to the statutes but, as has been said, are flourishing nonetheless.

So you see it is not actually legal. It is not a criminal offence having cannabis but it is not legal.

The screams started when I had the audacity to say the truth that even though cannabis is not legal in Netherlands it is TOLERATED. Then I thought that the whole bus of narrow minded uneducated idiots will jump at me and beat me up. Thank goodness they did not, because I would be really blue by now.

There were many things that got on my nerves, like English cuisines is rubbish even though neither of them ever tried any English food. So as you can see there are no limits for stupidity. It is all about having a big mouth.

I never see the point of arguing with poeple who like to flaunt their ignorance.

No there is no point. They will always think they are right and won't allow anyone to say otherwise.
