I think I am going to take up yoga, now that I am on my journey to fight my overweight. It is about bloody time. My friends have been encouraging me to do yoga for ages but I never could be bothered as I knew I will not stick to it.
Well, now, I feel like I can and will stick to it. I have been doing sit-ups every night for a week now it is time to find something more interesting and yoga seems just the thing.
I wonder how I will get on. I know meditation always leaves me charged up and energetic maybe yoga exercises will have similar effect?
