Relaxing

I think, I should let you all know, that I have paid attention toward my condition mentioned in a post earlier this week. I was burning out and it was a horrific experience. It took a one good fit and a hysteria to make me do something about it, not just acknowledge it.

Since yesterday when I had that evil fit, I have taken action, I went to bed early and postponed the work that could wait. I have eaten small but healthy meals. Even though I still spend a lot of time, I am a lot more relaxed and I have lots of breaks in between even if it's just a walk across the room to kiss my husband.

I thank you all for being supportive and trying to help it will not go unnoticed. I became so relaxed today that I even took some time to respond to people's comments on my blog! There is still along road ahead of me, but now that I have proved to myself that it is possible to achieve as much as before in a much calmer and healthier pace it will be easier. So tonight I am just re-organising my calender to create a more stress free schedule...

*The picture was stolen from here. I hope they won't sue me.

I'm glad to hear that you have taken some action to help yourself! Keep on doing that, and it will get better, little by little.

Some times we do it to ourselves, the self-imposed calendar filled with stress and running back and forth.

Take care...

As I mentioned before, recovery is a lot longer than you might think. But, yeah, the world doesn't come to a crashing halt. Worse, even if you to crash and burn, the world will go right on without you. Being left on the side of the road is no fun.

The first objective is to rest and gather your strength. Later you can worry about how to move forward - because you need your health in order to be able to move forward.

If it is a sunny day, make sure you enjoy the sun.

I hope you are still listening to my advice and Richard's!

It takes a while, so don't be in a rush, and if you begin to feel good, don't think you can resume things in a hectic way, because you will fall again. Trust me, I know what I am talking about.

Take time to look at the birds in the sky, and the plants in the windows.

Eat those veggies! Be a good girl, now. ;)
