Not so useless after all

The people who knew me since very young age, believed I was absolutely useless and an utter waste of space and time.
Unfortunately for them, I have proved contrary. Just look at the picture bellow of my own baked bread made on Saturday morning:

I smile, now remembering those days when I was at school and my classmates wouldn't let me anywhere near the oven during domestic science lessons.
Now I bake my own bread, pies, crumbles; roast chicken and lamb, can prepare any sauce you like, make my own sherry triffle and other deserts, and have a great knowledge of purchasing good cheese and wine.
No, I am not advertising my cooking skills and knowledge for the purpose of finding myself a man, I already have one. I am simply very proud of myself for achieving these simple and now everyday tasks.

I am no more an utter waste of time and space, I am appreciated for who I am, a wife, homekeeper, a mother of two great boxer dogs, and most of all a writer, even if not a brilliant one.

No one deserves to be put down, for what ever reason - so think before you tell someone they are useless, because they might turn around and prove you absolutely wrong.

What you have written is very true. You are your own judge as no one knows you better than yourself. You command the life you want to live and of course with happiness in ourself. Those who judges others are most of the time are unsatisfied with themselves. They are in denial, that is why they pick on others to venge out their own anger - their own failures in life!
