Oh... (put every swear word you know in here!)
I just spent a good half an hour typing my last night's experiences, my husband advising me and helping me with it as it was really long and boring as you would expect.. My Mac crashed and me being me I actually haven't saved it because it wasn't finished. I lost it for tonight. I'll write something better tomorrow, but at this particular moment I am really pissed off! During moments like this I feel pure hatred to the modern technology and I want my type writer back...

It is much worse now. My Mac crashes every 10 minutes actually it doesn't crash the mouse and the keyboard simply stop working. Good thing the warranty hasn't run out yet. I am writing from laptop that used to belong to me and I don't like it :(
I feel for you, that really is frustrating!
Sometimes I write first on word, or note and then cut it into my blog.
Sorry you lost your work, I'm sure it was good!
Well I am still struggling here I reinstalled my Mac and started from scratch. I save files on disk before doing so and the files don't work so I lost even more text and photographs. The re-installation didn't help. I am taking my beloved Mac to repairs next week...
carra, could you help me find a template for another webpage through blogspot, I only have learned how to make the ones they have, but yours is soo beautiful, how did you do it?? and I want to make a doll for me and thomas like yours too:) I have been meaning to ask you this for a while, but time escapes me, everyday:) Hope you are doing well!! How lucky that you get to spend time with Breal, and she gets to spend time with you, I 'm sooooooooo jealous, but glad you will be able to have soo much fun!!

It is Mercury retrograde, and that is the time when computer crashes, etc. make us lose files, sadly. (‘The Queer Chef pimped me here!’)
